In the Mežciema mājas project, partially furnished two-room apartments with floor space from 45.3 to 52.4 m² are available for rent.
The apartments are equipped with:
- closets in the hallway and bedroom;
- a fitted kitchen with household appliances (refrigerator, induction hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher);
- a fully equipped bathroom;
- a washing machine with a drying function;
- light fittings in all rooms;
- curtains in all rooms.

What is the monthly maintenance fee?
The maintenance fee is € 0.67 per m² + VAT per month.

What is required to conclude a rental agreement for an apartment?
To conclude an apartment rental agreement, the tenant must complete a rental application (link to the form – for tenants), sign the rental agreement, pay a deposit equal to two months’ rent, and obtain third-party liability insurance for the apartment, which must be presented to the landlord. On the move-in day, the handover and acceptance deed must be signed, after which the apartment keys will be issued.
The following documents must be provided:
- a copy of a valid identity document (ID card, passport, residence permit) or a photograph of the document taken with a mobile phone;
- a bank account statement for the last six months with a digital stamp (showing all incoming and outgoing transactions);
- third-party liability insurance.

The tenant is required to register their place of residence at the apartment.
